Initiate Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
